LEXI supported a regional house builder with the purchase and development of a site with consent for 32 private, eco-friendly and affordable homes.

The capital stack was completed through a £9.8million senior debt facility and a pari passu equity investment of £1.9m from a boutique investment consortium.

The joint venture was designed to support the developer to scale their activities over the next few years.
