Working with a developer of luxury Spanish villas, we were able to structure a facility that enabled them to complete a part refurbished landmark property in Costa del Sol.

Here, we partnered our client with a pan-European debt fund that allowed the development to be completed whilst working through several complicated technical factors effecting the transaction which stemmed from its multi-jurisdictional nature.
