LEXI completed a development exit facility for a valued repeat client.

The site, which was once a historic brewery, now comprises 31 new build apartments. LEXI structured a facility at 75% LTV, which allowed the developer to retain a significant number of the completed flats and adding them to their wider property portfolio.
