
Equaliving Portfolio
Our client simultaneously completed two retrofit projects, converting dilapidated offices into residential dwellings. The London-based developer mandated LEXI to structure a stabilisation facility to consolidate the portfolio and prepare the assets for investment debt.
Combined, the two blocks amount to 110 apartments, and deliver on the developer’s strategy to build long-term income and support the thriving rental market. LEXI organised a 75% LTV facility which repaid the senior development provider and released embedded equity.
