LEXI has arranged a development facility for two Essex-based property developers to deliver a multi-unit residential scheme in Fryerning, Essex.

The development, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £16.0 million, will create seven new luxury homes and will refurbish the site’s Grade II-listed farmhouse, amounting to a total footprint of 25,000 square feet.

By structuring a facility to account for three planning scenarios that might materialise during the construction program, LEXI ensured the sponsors were able to maximise the site’s potential without delaying the project.
