Hayle

LEXI introduced a site in West Cornwall to a key client of the business. The funding was secured through a £14.98m senior development loan and £2.9m of equity from a Luxembourg fund.

The project will deliver 3 houses and 67 apartments alongside the Hayle estuary, with immediate access to St Ives, Carbis Bay and Gwithian Beach.
