Indie-Zero Studios

LEXI facilitated the refinance and cap-ex programme for Indie-Zero Film Studios. The phased scheme of construction, once complete, will have an estimated gross development value of £40.0 million.

The loan from a multi-family office upgrades current facilities whilst expanding the asset footprint and useable space to take some of the pressure off the rapidly growing demand for film studios. With this funding, Indie-Zero will open its first of 5 sound stages in 2023.
