LEXI were mandated to structure a peak debt facility for a £13.5m GDV residential development in Cumbria.

The scheme of 34 executive houses will be delivered by an established regional housebuilder. The peak debt facility will save the borrower thousands in finance costs through reduced fees and a lower interest facility.
