LEXI ran a thorough tendering process to obtain a two-year facility secured against a strategically important 55-acre mixed-use development site running alongside the river Aire, 4 miles from Leeds City Centre. Following the sponsor’s significant investment in road, rail and river infrastructure they required a new lending partner to take the site through the next stage of planning.
LEXI worked hard to secure a loan that refinanced existing debt, funded costs and allowed the loan to be serviced from a separate portfolio.
