LEXI structured an £8.0m sales and marketing facility secured against 20 houses in Lyme Regis, West Dorset.

The loan replaces the incumbent development facility and offers additional time to secure further sales. The scheme is a fantastic addition to the Jurassic Coast town, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
