LEXI were mandated by a self-build developer to structure a development facility for the acquisition and construction of a consented site overlooking Bournemouth beach.

The project will deliver 26 executive apartments with sea views, access to private landscaped gardens and will extend Bournemouth’s long association with art deco architecture.

Here, LEXI structured a facility that considered the underlying residual value of the site and the total construction costs whilst optimising the return to the developer.
