The subject building was a commercial asset in Woking, which was purchased with private capital and taken through the planning process to obtain consent for 41 residential apartments.

Given the low loan-to-value required here, we worked with a private bank to establish a new lender-borrower relationship that could support the development at market leading interest rates.
