LEXI were instructed to obtain market leading senior and mezzanine finance terms for this development of 17 new build flats in Battersea, SW London. The site is on land previously occupied by a pub and forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the Battersea and Nine Elms area.
The funding obtained at stretched leverage enabled the borrower to refinance his existing debt and fund the wider development in full. The properties are scheduled to come to market in 2026.
